Umm you can buy Red Chins and kill the skeletons in the dungeon in Ape Atoll. You should look up guides for em on youtube. Its like 120-150k Xp per hour. Very good.

Buy the best Ranged armor available for you (I Range only my pure pure now because my main is 99, so I won't be able to aid you in the best Ranged bonus); then, go to Avvies and profit. You will get fast levels if you're patient, and can probably do it in 1 trip if you have a Bunyip, enough tabs, and a good enough Defence bonus. Happy Ranging -- it is one of the best skills out there.

Red Chinning at Ape Atoll as he said ^

Red chinning or Cannon.

Bot with iron knives and range pots or chin if you have 43 prayer.

Red Chinning by far if you don't care about losing money.
