Need help deciding pure stats

I am working on my "mage" account to 94 magic. I want to make it an initiate pure but am at a loss for what stats to be at. Current stats are listed below.

COMBAT: 49 (or 48 i cant remember)
Attack-42
Strength-30
Defence-20
HP-33
Pray-18
Mage-69
Range-1

My dilema (sp?) is what to raise my prayer too? Should i get 52 for smite?

I am going for 60 attack right now and plan on keeping strength at 30 (for now).

Defence is 20 forever and range will be 40 MIN. I should prob. PC for some HP points haha...

Please let me know what you think. I was thinking about trying him in Tourneys and MAYBE bh.

Also, would 60-30-20 be ownage with strength prayer/potion and DDS Spec? Please dont laugh lol, it was just a thought
