Need help deciding on my first paid bot.

You could buy RiD PC or what I did was, I bought RiD MTA then got a ton of cash, then sold the gold and bought RiD PC with the gold money.

 

I have autofighter pro and I have to say that it is currently a little buggy.
If you really want to make money, get one that trains a non combat skill.
Sorc Garden is very good for getting 99 thieving or a lot of cash.
Auto Thiever pro works very well and gets you 99 thieving and cash.
For combat stats, I would go with Autosoulwars. It has a pretty low ban rate and can get you high combat stats relatively quickly.
