need help by passing ip ban paying 07

er i've been ip banned on many things usually i can just turn my router off for 5 minutes, then turn it back on, also i used to use my phone 4g hotspot for a different ip.

 

as i said i dont think the ip is the problem since i have a vpn..

Are you sure it's just an IP ban or could there be a Mac Ban as well? IP Ban's are easy to bypass and mac bans are generally a little more complicated. private message me and I will help you for free.

guys i have mentioned this is a mac ban or a uiid ban in wich i tried making a new profile changing my ip/mac adress nothing seems to be working anyone know how to get passed this?
