er i've been ip banned on many things usually i can just turn my router off for 5 minutes, then turn it back on, also i used to use my phone 4g hotspot for a different ip.

Here just look up free vpn's on google there's plenty. or use proxy depending on you browser.

Are you sure it's just an IP ban or could there be a Mac Ban as well? IP Ban's are easy to bypass and mac bans are generally a little more complicated. private message me and I will help you for free.
