To whom this may concern,
I have recently been ip banned i beleive. Here is my situation at hand, My brother used to scam on here all the time eventually you caught him and banned him when you did you ip banned him making it impossible for me to start an account i had tried to contact a mod several time with little feedback I proceeded (stupidly) to create an account at a friends house as you can see i never once scammed or had a close encounter on that account I understand if you don't want to return my account for whatever reason but please allow me to create a new one. whether it means you have to monitor me severely or whatever it is i'm fine with that my intentions were never and will never be to scam.
