I'm kind of new to the cryptocurrency world and slowly trying to learn more about it each day. What is a good, reliable wallet that you recommend?

I use bittrex.com and as well coinbase. I mine ethereum and I use nanopool for the pool. Very easy to mine and monitor. I use simpleminer for mining I use to use ethos but the difficulty to overclock the GPU's was insane so I switched to simpleminer where you can overclock from the GUI.

If you need any help just hmu I can help you out a long the way if you need.

    Happy Mining!

This is completely depending on which currency you are storing, make sure to check that your wallet supports the currency you are buying before transferring to the wallet!

    Most secure option (hardware wallets)
    • Ledger
    • Trezor
    • Keepkey
    Other wallets
    • Mist
    • Parity
    • Metamask
    • Exodus
    • MyEtherWallet
... The list goes on. There are so many out there.
Make sure you write down and backup your private key(s) and store them in a safe place. I recommend writing them down a couple times and put them in different places just in case.

If your altcoin isn't supported by the wallet you want you will have to download their desktop wallet.
