if you want a vps setup for botting then just get it from rsbotvps.com
Someone else can do it but rsbotvps doesnt even charge a setup fee on all the packages (except the starter). plus great servers and 24/7 free support which you wont get with someone that does a one time setup. If you get the vps from an individual you are also putting yourself at risk. There has been a lot of positive feedback for rsbotvps
