Need Help Buying a Rs07 Account.

How can I buy a Legit, Account, all the threads, I'm seeing are people with no vouchers, Newcomers and so on I'd rather pay for account that I'll keep and which is mine then Buy an Account, And work hard on it and get it recovered, and yes this has happend to me before anyways i can avoid stuff like that happening, don't want my money going to waste.

 

Yes, I may be a newcomer but I ensure Id not recover for the factor upon purchase I will give the Middleman the following information: Account Creation IP, Account Creation Date, Payment Methods Used For Membership, Past Passwords, ISP used when account was created, no recoveries because I have no Jagex Account Guardian set, anything else you deem you would need to recover the account if ever anything were to occur.

OP: there's no way you can prevent that from happening just try and buy off trusted members of the community. Other then that it's a risk business. Best of luck.
