Need help blurring on Sony Vegas!?

Hello all, I dont know technically if this would apply to gfx.

I need someone who has Sony Vegas to help me blur out faces.

I made a social experiement, and the people in the video did not end up giving me permission to use the video since I essentially caught them in a lie. So I need to blur out their faces every time they show. (Most of the time we got the back of their head)

If you can do this, I can pay you 5-10 bucks. Apparently this takes people like 10 minutes to do, but I have little to no experience and I need this done asap.
