Need help being scared.

Hello, I'm going to reach out to all the people who visit this neck of the forums and see if any of you can help me.
I'm looking to be legitimately scared, I'm not sure what specific type of movie so throw all you got at me =]

Now I'm not looking for a movie like "it" that'll just seem creepy, I want a movie where the entire time I'm watching it im looking over my shoulder and out the window to see if the person in the movie is out there, now for some kind of basis, I would prefer a movie that's an ARG like Marble Hornets. That had me kind of suspenseful soooo maybe theres a chance in that area of the genre? (Although hard to tell with crash and burns like 'Quarantine')

Saw 3! Not too gorey, but it had me looking over my shoulder the entire time. It does have some really bloody scenes that you might not be looking for.

Hmmm i liked saw 3 i mean i loved all of the saws but they kinda fell a lil bit with the movies after 1 and 2.
Although it helps, the movie im looking for doesnt necessarily need to be gory since that itself really isn't scary if its not setup right.

I would probably give 'The Fourth Kind' or 'The Exorcist' a go.
