Need Help Adding Music To Video Help Get a Vouch!

[B I H Prince]

Well I don't want to add music while recording. I don't use hypercam so I cant edit on windows movie maker. I got CamTasia and I edit it there. When I try to add media as in music. A folder opens up but how do I get music from limewire into the folder? If you can give brief info and help I'll give you a vouch thanks.
