    need help about alcheming
    does anyone know what is good to alchem in f2p?
    like lose only 150-100gp per alch?

    Try green d hides bodys and some of rune items.

    Im not entirely sure but you should check out this website http://www.alchprices.com/
    Has good prices and some items even make a gain. Check it out you should find some awesome stuff.

    Most of the adamant weapons and armor is usually alched with little loss. You might want to buy yourself some adamant chainbodies and battleaxes.

    If you have difficulty buying those, I'd recommend green dragonhide bodies.
