Need GREAT Coder

Hey guys im thinking about starting a great private server up, the only thing is, i dont code. I can make the website and work with thesite, i just need a coder. needs to now how to make server LAG FREE, and needs to know ALOT of stuff for updates and suggestions from players. NEEDS to know how to put in skillcapes and create working skills. You MUST be educated on this. However long it may take we wil take that time and make it a great server. Minimum requirements
-Skillcapes
-LAG FREE
-Adding weapons
-Editing xp rates
-Making spec bar(maybe)
-Basic knowledge of starting a private server

There prolly is some more requirements i cant think of right now, but i will later. Hopefully i talk to some of you soon

If you really don't know how to code, you should learn.
Are you planning on letting the coder keep the server files on his computer?
And tbh, the only way to keep a lag free server is either having an awsome computer or having the dodian source(which isn't rare to find, but i say it sucks)

-Xp rates can be challenging if you don't know what your doing
-Spec bar is easy
-Basic knowlege. Sure a coder will know, but what if coder does something behind your back? *coder takes off your admin+never gives it back+keeps on hosting server*

--Thats why i code myself.(NOT OFFERING MY SERVICES XD)
