hey there, as the title says, i need a fire cape on 2 accs. They have the following stats :

Account 1 :

40 atk 99 str, 99 magic, 99 ranged, 1 def, 1 pray.

Account 2 :

40 atk 88 str,85 magic, 88 ranged, 1 def, 1pray.

What will this cost me INCLUDING everything? How long will the job take and when can it be done?
