Need epic help with windows live!

Yo, anything but the old Windows Messenger seems to work.
When I click to open it, the sign in screen goes off the right hand side of my screen (ever since I had the computer repaired I can move my cursor off the right hand side of the screen and it'll take the equal amount of time to come back, I can keep on going forever). It's weird!

Dude, I pulled it onto the screen once (It took ages and I can't do it anymore as it's gone back off.) I logged in then I get an error message saying... windows live communications platform has encountered a problem and needs to close . This is fucking shit!
It only works with the old old windows messenger.
I am running 32 bit Home XP I think.
50% of the time when I turn the computer on, it goes to a black screen after windows loads, I press up and enter and it logs into my account only displaying MSN sign in screen (WTF) and my background picture. I can only use Windows live here!

 

from all the stuff happening, the easiest thing to do would be to reformat your hard drive.

 

The thing is, my harddrive is fresh as when I got it fixed, it was completely reformatted.
They updated my drivers which could have something to do with it :¿
