    I need a thingy that can silent click AND handle RuneScape's events.
    So it's not detectable.

    good luck finding something like that. It's only possible through Java bots using reflection and bytecode.

    You will never succeed to make a good "silent clicking" function that will send the mouse messages to the rs window in an undetectable way. You aren't of that skill level.
