Love this feature

My favorite part about sythe now is the live chat with the staff, like honestly its BOSSSS

Today at like 5:30 am pacific time, Karl helped me out, really helpful and great guy, its amazing how they understand you and help you with what you need done ON THE SPOT !!!!

i just thought i would appriciate the staff of sythe

 

since there is already a thread, i will post here.


Although the livechat is in a horrible spot for Firefox users, it is deff a great benefiet to the community, have already had a issue resolved last night, and the swiftness that mods can switch over to a more knowledable mod on the situation is outstanding, truely a great update thanks to all those who helped it get here., now just move the thing over!

 

I'd say the whole system is still in beta... So don't expect perfection.

 

Couldn't agree more. With both aspects of the post lol. The livechat was a great idea and the mods are very responsive and helpful, but I agree more with the need to push it over, Team-FireFox!

All in all, great add-on, good job Sythe Staff!

I agree. At first, when it was being discussed, I thought it would be a flop and be trolling central, but the users and the staff are handling it surprisingly well, and so far, I've only witnessed it being highly beneficial instead of detrimental as I originally predicted. BIG kudos Karl for suggesting and Matthew for effectively implementing this feature.

 

I agree with the fact this seems to be a very beneficial way to help newcomers or anyone in general who needs help. I haven't gotten around to using it yet, but is it SOLELY sythe staff who run it? Or are there other members who help out? Possibly a New Mod(s) to be appointed to run it and infract people who abuse it properly? Just wondering as if it's just staff run, and there aren't specific mods to do it, i could see other things such as RaS start to become more packed with pages of reports.

 

I like the idea however my only problem with it is it is constantly offline/online. It'd be good if shifts were organized so that it was online more.

 

i think its offline when there is no mod's online (no staff), we have to understand they have different time zones

 

That would never happen, we voluntarily help out here and I dont think any of us would accept shift times, I dont like the idea of having to be on every day at a certain time,

 

Yeah lol, the support never gets frustrated, and they always seem willing to help Very useful feature.

 

It's fine with being offline if we aren't available. I go on and it seems there's never anyone on. Kinda sad.

I agree with others, the LiveHelp feature is great and could benefit others if help is needed​

 

agreed, having live chat is nice but for myself, I dont see me using it anytime soon as I have no reason to

 

Eh, Its fairly new, If you just idle in there whilst on your PC and have your sound on, you'll get someone eventually!
