Need Assistance W/ Authenticator

I cannot access my account due to the authenticator.

I do not have the code on my app as I had to wipe my phone, and when I recovered the phone, none of my codes were there (had to reset my RS ones as well). I cannot find my backup code either, so I'm shit outta luck until I get some help.

I can send my IP to an admin to verify and a picture of my phone if needed.

I just need to reset the authenticator so I can log back in.
