Need assistance setting up my website!

In need of assistance setting up the framework for my website. I want this site to be simple, but not so simple that people get turned off.

What I need:

*Integrate Paypal and Javascript into said site.
* Gift Card Functionality setup.
* Overall layout help
* Live Chat
* General Opinions on what would be needed for the site.

My budget is not large, but I will be happy to make payments if your prices are higher.

Yes Fendle I know. I have been quoted before. My budget is much bigger now so I know what I am getting into. I just need someone to do it. I only linked the other site because I like the idea of the overlaying images. But its not necessary.

Well my budget is not large but I am willing to pay for quality. Deadline is ~end of the month.

 

So, 3 days? (2 if today isn't included) the cost and time scale would effect the overall quality, however. But it can be done. Message me the details, examples of what you may want, etc. And ofcourse, the pay. I will then evaluate whether I can complete this task in time or not. Site will be made, pictures will be shown (prevents code from being taken) and changes will be made.

 

Oh I forgot that it was feb. I will extend it to the 15th of March. Examples of what I want are already posted up top, I just need to get the graphics together.

Reality, I just need a bare bone site created, then we can talk about the other items.
