need advice. sold gold

Posted earlier however belive it failed as I was doing from mobile and may have put in wrong section. I also hope this is correct section if not can a admin remove.

Ok guys I sold gold to a trusted seller however there worker transfered through PayPal to a different account. Since then they have told me they are looking inyo the matter. I have hsd little to no updates at all. This is coming to the 5 day since they took the gold. What do I do? I have recordings and messages from the seller. I would like to receive my payment so I can further my gold farming capability.

Is there any set time the seller must fix this issue or have I simply been fooled
