Need Advice on Company Logo Design

So I've taken Jon Snow's idea to use ROAM as the company name for my autonomous taxi service (Marketing class project)

Here are the first two designs I came up with. They are using Google's logo color palette since part of the plan is to partner with Google for their autonomous vehicles.

I'm more than open to ideas other than these, but I'd like your thoughts.

Logo would likely be placed on vehicles, billboards, business cards, employee t-shirts, etc.

First one looks really good, I like the square-ish design.

If microsoft & google were to merge and make a logo, that would be it.

 

Agreed with Ronaldo, it looks more even in the square. A tad big, but I'm sure you'll resize that according to the need

 

Thanks for the feedback guys. Once I can figure out this bug with Photoshop I'm going to pump out 1-2 new ideas I just had.

This in white would look more appealing in my opinion. I like the idea you went with this one.
