Need Advice / Help on the new Offense system.

Ok, so I lost an account to Jagex in 2006 to autoing back in the day, and tried to appeal it and was denied c). Anyways, I went to check out the new appeal system thing and it turns out that I am unbanned! Or so I thought.

Just to show you guys, I took a picture of trying to log on, and the picture of my offense page. (Please also keep in mind I didn't unblock my name, on purpose, because Jagex can't see this site, and either way it doesn't matter if they see it or not...)

Any advice? Do I send them a message, or wait? Or what?

I'd send them a message, if it's expired, then there's no reason that your account should be disabled. Unless, if you're caught macroing, no matter if the offence expires, you'll remain banned . I'd message them if i were you. Good luck ;]

 

It's a known issue, and you'll be fully unbanned once they update it and get the rest of the bugs out.

 

Thank you to both of you. Do you know, sin, how long that will be until it is fully de-bugged?

send in an bug report on it. i have the same problem with an account with very different offenses so its not your offenses. the more bug reports on this the better, i sent in one.

 

I tried to send in a bug appeal, but it said banned players couldn't send bug report things.

 

Anything else?

 

the system is not fully working , it will get fixed within days don't worry

 

It's just a bug, my freind has the same issue all his offences have expired.

I'm glad they've removed the permanent ban feature 12 months is long enough for any offence
