Need Advice for Range Training

Ok im training my tank ranger/ancienter and need some training advice. I have only an hour a day monday-thursday [Dont ask why] so I need to maximize the xp I get in the hour. Currently ive been training at King Lathas' training camp on Ogres and its pretty decent xp.

Stats:
42 Defense
68 Range
43 Pray

What I wont do:
Rock Crabs
Any type of Dragons
Pest Control
Using red chins or canon.

It's "cannon". I'd say rock crabs, which you refuse to do. They're decent experience seriously, but I guess try Ankous in the Security Stronghold.

Experiments would be the first place I'd go to. Rock crabs would be your second best bet but you refuse to go there.

i personally recomend getting slayer tasks, and then ranging the task, that way you get slayer, and range...just an idea...

Well seeing how as you refuse to do some of the best methods its kind of hard to suggest anything for you to do.

he wants to maximise his xp for the time he can play, he wont be able to do that while doing slayer since he needs to walk to the slayer master go to his task kill 10 and then have to get off.

stay where u r or go to fire giants under waterfall or go to experiment.

If your lvl 68 range fire giants are the way to go. You almost don't need any food because of the safe spots and you need to complete Waterfall Quest. Decent xp and drops.

Cages are the best imo but firegiants are great if you need money.
