need advice for NMZ for a pure

Hey guys, soon im going to be 50 attack, 60 strength, 1 def, 1 prayer, 80 mage 80 range.

can I do nightmare zone with only one prayer? ill have the following quests competed..

1. Vampire slayer –

2. Tree gnome village

3. Fight arena

4. The grand tree

5. Recipe for disaster
o Mountain dwarf
itll have five bosses, I just don't know how to start it off with 1 prayer. will not be getting any hire.

please let me know if I can do nmz.

Absorption potions should work for you each dose absorbs 50 damage, no prayer needed.

 

Yeah absorption potions can work.
Dont think you can do hard mode with 1 def and no pray.
