Need advice creating a services website

I've always wanted to create a website where people can request account builds to be made for them or choose from a selection but I don't know much about web development or how payments work and need pointing in the right direction for what i require to develop such a website with appropriate security measures.

Main points I want to cover

• A form with tick boxes and drop down boxes that auto updates to provide a quote based on questing/skilling prices grabbed from a database or list, that is broken down to show a potential customer exactly what they are paying for
• A payment system in paypal or btc
• A livechat to answer questions or organise OSRS GP payments
• A page where workers can update customers on progress
• A page with previous customer feedback that also contains pictures of accounts completed for them
• A page that lists my workers and their contact details
• A secure area to share account information with workers or for them to have a page that only displays account information for the accounts they are working on that no other workers can see. Also displays a breakdown of the total money they have made.
• A promotional type page that displays account deals and discounts for bulk orders

I'm not asking for this to be dobe for me I just would like links to resources that could help me achieve the above, thanks

You did mention about a website, but you could possibly start by doing a google form thing, for requesting builds etc, as well as a google sheet with possible builds that you would like and pricing.

As for websites, I know a lot of the like "build your own website" places have market layouts. Squarespace is a fairly popular one you might want to check out.

You could already make a website now with pre-built options and pictures, etc, and you would be able to have a buy button link where people could pay you for it already built into it. You can pay extra monthly for your own domain, but for any free versions it would be like accountbuilding.nameofwebsite.com or something like that.

 

Thanks for your help I might start off with google forms then move onto a website as I want to make it easy for customers to customise and order and hopefully pay through the site.

Do you or anyway have any tips for security of a website once I make one?

 

as for security, I really don't know. I assume the pre-made "build your own" websites have some form of security tied to them, but it's something you would need to check into.

I know there are like pre made market ones, where you could just plug a picture in and it already has things setup, but you might want to personalize it a little more to fit the service haha
