I'm not sure if they buy accounts, but their chinese RSGP sellers: www.rswalmart, www.runescapewalmart. Also, this might have to be here, but I'm not 100% sure http://www.sythe.org/forumdisplay.php?f=506.

A few websites I've heard of are Accountrs.com, rs2happy.com and rs2shop.com.

Scamming can go around anywhere.

you can get scammed everywhere but honestly I'd use playerauctions or sell on sythe with a middleman?

I agree with this. You can make a lot more on Sythe than using a website, considering they want to take their cut. Just give it a go and make a thread on Sythe and advertise on Playerauctions for a week or two. Use a trusted MiddleMan, maybe even an OMM. You'll still make more money.

Gold4run is the only site I can think of atm. But you should be careful. Atleast on sythe if you get scammed you can get some help. I've heard alot about sites scamming accounts. They wont pay you untill they resold the account and sometimes they scam you to, the only diffrent is that you can't do a shit about it.
