Need Account from Scratch made

Hey guys I need a account made from scratch. My supplies if i deem you trustworthy your supplies if i don't. If you do not deem me trustworthy i'm 100% with you getting a MM to hold the GP!
I need the follow:
Quests:

• Death Plateau
• Vampire Slayer
• Tree Gnome Village
• Waterfall Quest
• Fight Area

These quests will get you 41 attack. Along with the quests I also need the following.

• 75 attack
• All prereqs for the quests above if needed.
• I don't want the strength leveled. It will get to around 30 from the quests.
• You can do any quests that may help you aslong as they DO NOT level prayer, and defence. They must stay 1.

Leave me quotes below. Lowest offer doesn't always win i go off of trust/ if i know you XD.

how long are you giving the person to do the account. 50m sounds about right.

I dont really care how long it takes but it shouldnt really take longer than 2-3 weeks honestly. I did mine and got it done with a week and a half. Need one for a friend.

If you still need this pm me, im new to sythe hence not a lot of vouches but I can get this this done in a short time frame at a really affordable price and I would accept payments in small increments as I make progress, contact me asap and lets come to an agreement!

i can do this for 50m, in that price i can do horror from the deep quest for sotd pure, and we can talk about supplying the account. Acc then will be ending with 33 strenght pm me if interested.
