Starting from fresh account (so 1/1/1/1). I don't care about quests because I really like doing quests, but if you decide not to do any please don't train the defense levels because I plan on making it a zerker. If it will make our life easier and keep costs down, I can hand do the quests beforehand until we reach a comfortable defense level for whatever training you have planned.

Edit: Assume ~40/40/40 combat stats to start. I will be doing the quests while I wait for a response from someone.

Ideal stats:
60 attack
90 strength
90 range
94 magic

I do not care if it is done by hand or by botting. However, if it is botted I want a guarantee that if my account is banned during training or in the next two weeks after the training it will be given a redo until the account survives (more specific terms can be negotiated) or a refund.
