Need a YT Layout and a INTRO (MINECRAFT THEME)

Title says it all. willing to give either a runescape account or a LFD2 account (both legit ofc ).

I want the intro to be KINDA like slyfox's. (i mean like a animated character. not only a text with a effect.) (PS ; www.youtube.com/xxslyfoxhoundxx)

same with the LAYOUT, i want it to be as Minecraftish as possible. ill give u some pictures i want in the Layout.
