Need a wireless driver

Okay I updated my operating system. When I did my wireless wouldn't work anymore on my laptop. How/where can I find a wireless update or driver to put download so that I can use wireless internet again.

 

Just go to your device manager and right click on the wireless device. the update driver software..

You may have to have an internet connection for it to work

 

said it was unknown and now there isnt one

 

What's the device? just screenshot the device manager with your device selected.

usually you can find them by going to the manufac ebsite but i'll help you find it if you post what it's called and stuff

According to your device manager it is functioning properly. If it wasn't, it would have a yellow exclamation point next to it. If the above driver doesn't fix it, you might be boned. Why would you even reformat your laptop if you didn't have all the drivers on hand in the first place?

 

there is no run option. Is there anyway you can walk me through it? teamviewer possibly?

 

Could try teamviewer but bear in mind I'm on a slow ass laptop right now. PM me your details.
