fishing up to sharks is a good way really easy..and also getting a college education could earn u some real life money lol.

IRL I don't have any idea... ATM I'm earning nothing so I can't help you, but surveys often don't pay that bad...
In runescape, merchanting remains the very best method to make some cash, but if you have some spare time and you are really bored, start a new Pure which to stake with, and be sure that'll make you rich.
Other methods could be getting some cash (around 20 mil I think) and get a skill that could bring you cash to 99: like Herblore, Crafting and ...Not 100% Slayer...

If your still in school, (Sorry if you aren't), you can do what I always do.
Buy multi-packs of drinks etc, and sell them at retail price.
Example:You buy 12 cans of pepsi for £3.59
you sell the 12 pepsi cans for 50p each.
12 x 50p = £6.00 - £3.59 = £2.41.
It's not much but it will get you started =P
You can always try sweets and crisps. Sweets make loads of cash =D
I got caught 3 times in school doing this, nearly got kicked out lol.
Thats why I can't do it anymore =(

You have to have a paypal account though, you get paid to like post basically, it's an easy way to make $5 a day. I know not much but oh well
And for Rs,
try maybe eye of newts or one of them ones, (choc dust, water filled vials etc.)
They make a decent 250k per hour.

Thats a good idea, but alot of people already do that in my school.
So wouldnt really work.
