Need a title page

[Infiniduct]

Hey guys, I'm in need of some help. As most of you know this month is all about finals in schools and for my final I need to make a magazine, and this magazine needs a title page. However, I am not very good with photoshop and I would like my title page to stand out. If you are willing to help and make me this title page and you will get paid obviously.. Please pm me for more details..

Thanks
