Need a skilled CSS server coder

I have a new Counter Strike Source server but can't quite figure some things out. I need a skilled CSS server coder to help me. We can discuss payment (admin in server/money via paypal or paysafecard/ etc).

I have coded Cs 1.6 Servers many times, Never played source ever, dont even have it. But if they 2 are extremely similiar then i can do it.

Things ive done are,
Adding plugins, Editing plugins, Added new and different models for guns nades etc, created maps using valve hammer.

Let me know if I can help ( only experience from cs 1.6 )
