Need a simple yet elegant logo

Friend of mine is going to start a business and his logos are wicked awful. He is starting a repair business for electronics and wanted a logo of an almost lego looking handyman with the reflection of some wire clippers and a screwdriver or some electronic-like tools or objects, or maybe like a computer blue screen reflection.

If anyone is interested I am not expecting this to be free, he is willing to shed some cash for the work, good work.
