Twitch video banner offline

Hey guys i'm looking for someone to make me a kick ass Twitch Video Player Banner which is displayed when my channel is Offline. It needs to be 16:9 ratio higher the better resolution wise.

Things i would like to have put on the Page:

my gamertag - xPrincess_Xena
my twitch channel URL - twitch.tv/xPrincess_Xena
it say Offline somewhere
it asking people to follow so they know when i'm live
maybe a few pictures of game characters from:

• Destiny
• Call of Duty
• Battlefield
• Gears of War
• division
• etc..

don't need a character from every game those are just some games i like to play. you can see my channel here and the current offline image i made sloppy loltwitch.tv/xprincess_xena

and for the one i like the most i am willing to supply a game on steam i do have Slender The Arrival available to give away to my fav submission.
