Need a price check on this.

I am currently making an account with 99 wcing (almost there), and 75 defence, all other combat skills are 1. Around combat 35 it would be final, I think, i'll figure that out later. If this were to have dfs, full guthans, fury, bandos boots, wcing skillcape, and around 5m cash on it, how much would you price it at? Just let me know.
