Lol. He was locked at 999 999 999 untill jagex updated there HS. I don't know why they didn't do it in advance though.

yes it is true, but there is a max jus gotta do some easy math to figure it out but im to lazy right now

 

200m xp is the max for ALL skills... Zezima is just trying to STAY in first this time, i think they Hunter update caught him by suprise when he happened to notice he was 8TH one day, now i think hes angrified and trying to keep his "right" in first place and stay there by all means nessissary

there's a mode zezima uses which is called the "no-life" mode in which he sits on runescape for 25 hours a day without even stopping to toilet,that mode isn't recommended btw
