Need a Large list of IP's ran

Below is the list of rsgoldfund's current backend blacklist, all of the below have chargedback, scammed or attempted to scam their blacklist reason is listed.

We have an entire another host of blocked ip's on zopim I'll post at some point.

I suspect at least a few matches but there may be none.

@Tyler I just checked and unfournately the last 2 ip's you listed are beyond my reach in terms of paypal to see as those are the ancient chargebacks and several paypals ago.

Thanks for checking but I cant form a solid report on them, Since I only have the access to the blacklist though I do know the reason is valid, I just cant meet sythes burden of proof on those 2 . 2 scammers slipped through and dodged a bullet here apparently.

Ones even a serial scammer to which is really irritating me as he has 2 linked IP's with 2 different chargebacks.

 

Sorry man. I'll keep a lookout on the two other users, but unless you have valid proof you know there's nothing I can do. Thanks @Bus369
