Posting this for user @Device , he's currently on a phone and can't post the report himself and wanted this guy to be banned before he can scam anybody else on his way out.

Explanation of the trade: He was selling the Xbox Live Gamertag "Caster" to Device for $40
How they scammed: Received the money from Device and then stopped replying.
