Need a hoster for my server!!! Big problem!!

Hey, I just started to make a server, and it have done great. The server's running on web clients(silabsoft, mopar, etc)and we had 46 players online yesterday!! The server is ragescape that i've leeched a bit and the ip is ragescapepk.zapto.org .
Ok, what I need is a hoster that can do this;
○ Host the server 24/7(it will go offline for server restart)
○ Be the co-owner, that means it'll say you're co-owner NOT owner when you log in.
○ Be able to keep leech it with new features(a + is if you can do it like I want it)
○ Give me all the server files EVERY week and the character files, moreinfo files and logs MORE thatn one time a week.
○ Have good internet speed, and be able to make the server take many members online at the same time.
○ Follow my rules.
○ Be pretty much active, so I can contact you.
○ Have msn.

More could come soon. Anyway if you don't follow these rules I will do what it takes to take control of the server.
Also, the 'server trade' will be made with team viewer. That means you'll copy the server files and paste it in your bin map later.
The server should be online when you're at school and when you sleeps. You must be able to portforward it, with other words. Also it's a + if you're on the computer when you're not sleeping, eating, doing homeworks, are at school or on any kind of event or so, like on your friends party. If you feel like you can't nolife like this, don't even bother me. And you should live in europe, or maximum is 2 hours behind or before me. My time is GMT+ - 0 and I live in sweden.
