How easy it is to fake an id pass?

I work for the same company and all the staff have an ID pass. My friend is suspected of corporate espionage. So I wanted to know if they could be done

 

Depends on the technology integrated into the ID badge. Do the credentials have an RFID chip for door access? Is their ID number used for firewall/intranet/vpn access? Are there physical anti-counterfeiting measures like color-shifting ink, florescent ink, etc.?

 

It sounds like what you're attempting to do is unethical at best and illegal at worst. You should encourage your friend to speak to a lawyer and not get involved yourself.

I'm closing this as discussion of this sort of thing is likely ill-fated.
