Need a good gaming COMPUTER

Hey guys let me start by saying I'm a huge league fan, but after getting numerous of virus' on my laptop I'm only getting 10 fps with the lowest settings, no v sync ext...

I really just want to be able to play the game with a high quality setting and to be able to be getting a high fps.
I usually get 40 ping so that's not an issue...

I have a budget of around $1000, am I right in saying computers are better for gaming then laptops, laptops just seem so much weaker.

If someone tells me what computer to buy, the rough fps i'd be running on league and how much it would cost would be greatly appreciated.

Yes computers are naturally going to be better for gaming than laptops just for the sheer size and what it can fit without overheating.

I'd suggest building your computer, $1000 is more than enough to build a great gaming computer.

If you're set on purchasing one already built i can suggest one.
