Need a good appeal for breaking rule 11

I broke rule 11 two years ago and the appeal failed, now Jagex has finally given me a chance (didn't expect them to have that much mercy). I need some advice on how to plan my appeal and I would take everyone's advice, so please give me your best advice, thank you.

 

For rule 11 there really isn't much you can do besides apologize. You could try a "my computer was hacked" or a "my friend was over and did it"..

If you were promoting a not-scam site you can also say that you didn't know there was a rule against promoting your site. Hey, they do it in second life, don't they?
