Need 80 defence asap!

Hey guys jwing where the best place to train def would be.. not train Bot.. I have paid for scripts and was wondering where the best place for 72-80 defence would be... looking for like 24 hours and its done as this is my new torva staker

45 att/75 str/72 def 80 hp and 75 range

also need 80 range as was wondering is long range a good attackstyle/method for training both? cheers

giant spiders at the security stronghold. It's about 50k/hour

aight ty even with shit 45 attack should be 50k an hour around abouts? ill use supers etc
