Need 76k trick restrictions explained

Ok so I know Jagex is doing things to keep people from 76k tricking. So I need to know....

If I use my 115 to kill my 128, and get a good drop, how long will I have to wait before the whole "if one player kills a player twice in a row the second kill will have reduced potential" restriction wears off so I can use my 115 to kill my 128 again? 24 hours? 48 hours?

But lets say I bring in a 98 to the whole shabang. So I use my 115 to kill my 128, then use the 115 to kill the 98, is the restriction mentioned above wiped out and I can turn right around and kill the 128 with the 115 again?

If you kill someone or vice versa, you will have to wait around 3-4 days before you can kill them again w/o getting significantly worse loot than before. No exceptions.

The second scenario won't work, even if you bring in the 98.
