XP difference between 83 and 76 is about 1.335m. If each cannonball averaged around 25 Xp each hit, you'd need 53,467 to get the level. Buying like 60k [Close to 11m worth] cannonballs would be a safe bet. (Just posted for further references, not really interested in the service.)
