Need 73-85 ranged possibly to 99

[Warchiefs]

As the title reads I'm looking for 85 or maybe 99 if the price is cheap enough. I do not want to use nmz as I want to train with slayer with a slayer helm, pots, and maybe prayer on with a cannon so it will be better xp then ranged at nmz anyways.
