Need 650m for Skills.

So, I play a level 3 Skiller, I got bored last night so decided to work out how much averagely it would be to get all the 99 buyable skills I want. The methods of doing it aren't probably correct but if it means it being the cheapest option so be it.
My workings out are on a different computer, however this is what I would be doing.

Herblore: 99 with Prayer Pots (3)
Smithing: 99 With Gold Ores
Crafting: 99 With Gold Necklaces (If I got 99 smithing first, I would already have 99 Crafting bank if I did 99 smithing with Gold Ores.
Fletching: 99 with Maple Logs
Cooking: 99 with Lobsters
Construction:99 with Oak Larders.

I know you could probably add other skills such as Firemaking, although I already have that banked and Farming but Farming isn't really something I'd enjoy.
I think the total comes to about 740m, however, If I brought all the Gold Ores needed for 99 Smithing, I could then use the Gold Bars for 99 Crafting without spending anymore, which sames about 105m.
All in all, I'm looking at averagely 650-700m required to get all the buyable skills to 99.

Now that's all good'n'jolly, however, here's my problem;

- I'm not ever going to spend more than 20 bucks on a in game currency.
- My starting wealth is 6m.
- I've never had over 450m, I got hacked then.

But in my opinion, my biggest problem is the economy. Because all of the bots have pretty much destroyed prices of things like Logs/Fish/Ore, there's no way, just from them 3 skills I could reach 650m, even if I am doing the really slow ways, which inturn would take about a year and a half for 3 skills that could be botted in a matter of weeks.
Being a Level 3 Skiller now is kind of hard to make money, I made 60m doing Nature Runes for 99 RC for 3 weeks, not a lot considering a higher level could have that drop in one/ a couple of drops.

I'm looking for a way, some way I can make this money in a considerable amount of time. I'm not going to spend years making this, but i'm not dumb and I know there's no possible way this could be grinded in a week or so.

What are your thoughts?

 

Merchant, there are some good guides out there that can make you atleast 15m a day, you WILL need at least 100m starting cash tho

 

if you have 6m, and wont spend more than $20, well i guess your time frame is 2-4 years.

 

You are your own enemy really, your rules on buying GP are going to prevent you taking the short-cut of maxing out skills.

Not buying the GP puts you in the situation as the game was intended. Taking forfuckingever.

 

I'd say to spend $20 to get you started, and then rent out a main to start boxing. I literally went from 1M cash to 40M in about an hour doing small 1-2M stakes with the occasional 5M. It's the best bet if you're trying to make some money (no pun intended ).

 

I just don't have the money, nor the will to buy the amount I need in all honesty. I pay for Membership already, in my opinion, that's all I need to pay, let alone forking out 250$+ on virtual money..

 

make 1b with herblore , clean herbs, turn them into unf pots.

 

I appreciate that, but it still stands that people buy their GP to eliminate what you're going to have to face. Making the money first.

If someone wants 95 pray for instance, they buy 100M gp and get it in a few days. If someone wants 95 pray without shelling out IRL money, then it will take weeks. Refusing to pay out with $$ is fine, but accept that you'll have to do things the 'proper' way.

 

Think of working in real life as a way of making cash in Runescape. Making $7/hr at McDonalds is like making 15m/hr. The best thing a pure skiller can make is around 1m/hr, so compare your options.

Unfortunately, if you do not want to spend the IRL money on the in-game money, then you will have to make the in-game money yourself, which will take over ten times longer than what you are wanting.


My best suggestion to you, is to go to the Skill Training forum and start training people's accounts for a few mills here and there. It will add up, while also getting you more into the game and more experience leveling skills you might otherwise not have trained.

650m is alot to come up with though, so don't expect this to take a week or so. It will take plenty of you're time up just making the money, let alone skilling constantly afterwards to reach the 99's most players don't end up reaching. Especially Farming.

 

Here's your best bet without knowing your computer stats..

I have a POS computer [peice of shit] that has 1 gig ram etc.. i can run 2 powerbot bots on it..

this laptop im using has 6gb ram and i5 turbo charged.. i can run like 7 on here..

if you dont wanna spend more than $20 then pay for pb vip.. and get a herb script that does herbs > unf.. and if you have decent comp.. run like 5 bots at a time.. you'll get ~3m/hr give or take.. and leave it overnight.. bam instant 40M while you slept.. do it for 2 weeks and you'll have it

 

I'd say pay the 20$ for the 40ish mil you get, and take your 2 options.

Go dice (bet 1m, do 1m again if you win, or bet 2m if you lose and keep doubling until you win then go back to 1m).

Or flip the gold (there are tons of videos on how to make 2-3m/hour flipping.

 

honestly if your not wanting to buy gold and wanting 650m all at once with very little work and or time im going to have to say
1) your're absolutely insane thinking a level three is going to make 650m in anytime less than 10 months - 1 year
2) you're expectations are outrageously high. Go pvm on a main or do frost drags, your level 3 isnt going to make money to support your goals. 650m is roughly 325-300 usd. If making that kind of money doing the game legit was fast everyone would do it and make IRL bank. Your simply being unreasonable.

You expecting this to happen in a short period of time honestly just sounds lazy. This is going to take a long time, if you dont have the patience for it I suggest you set cheaper goals. There are alot of 99's that arent expensive, for a lvl 3 skiller herblore is useless.. you could easily fletch and PROFIT a bit, cook and PROFIT a bit ect ect. Leave the expensive skills for last when you have built a bank to speak of (granted it wont be alot from skilling itll be alot more than your current bank and some profitable 99s) or leave the expensive skills people with money.

 

If youre botting, get mining so you can bot LRC to get the gold ore which you will then smith / craft.

 

This is a good idea also you would honestly be better off finding a part time job then buying the gp it would save you a lot of time.
