[Need 2nd opinion]Disputing my ban.

Hey guys, its been a rough day for me, and then I come back to sythe and osbot and I find myself banned, my friend shows me this: http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1902280-chaotic-ezio-scammed-me.html.

First of all I would like to say that yes, my account on sythe did get hacked and for some reason, I tried to login 4 days ago but it wouldn't work so I tried to recover it by email and it also said email unrecognisable, so I thought god damn I mustve lost the registered email or something, so I was like w/e ill come back later and search (I have 6 different email for different things). Anyways, I would like to prove that this guy who scammed wasn't me, the original owner of the account. First of all, I have no idea how these mods got promoted here in the first place, because if you read my profile it says that my Skype name is Chaotiz Ezio/Abdul-anas. So yeah guys,plz take the time to review this thread, know this, I have never scammed nor have the intention of scamming, just check all the information and youll know the differences, I was either hacked (which I think iwas) or I was framed.

 

Naturally you would be held responsible to pay whatever that was scammed because your account was used to do so (sending a pm). I'm assuming the rs account was simply recovered so there is nothing to refund. I'm fine with an unban, but I'd like another opinion on this.

 

"imjustkaze" is the alleged hacker.
Even though you can't repay them (as he's recovered the account,) this cannot be a simple unban. It would be far too easy to fake your own hacking to recreate this situation and be unbanned without repurcussion if the account had no valubles.

As well, no idea if the account was cleaned.

As you're responsible for your accounts, you'd need to pardon in my opinion.
