10 hp, cant gain hp, also no teleports, no food so if need food need.to get from stalls. How much would it be?

keep in mind that you're 10 hp.
You could take in 28 food at max, probably 15-20 as you probably have other things in there as your an UIM.
Food from ardy, cake, heals 12 each.
You'd probably need an 10-30 food/hour depending on course, agility level you go to the course with, etc.
